Welcoming Summer, Father's Day and more songs about days of the week on The Early Years this week

Affter you've enjoyed Mushroom FM's tech magazine show, Mosen At Large, this afternoon from 02:00 to 05:00, during which I hope all your tech questions get answered, don't touch that dial and join me in The Early Years where and when you'll enjoy the best music from Rock and Roll's Golden Age (its first quarter century) with an occasional nod to other decades and genres.
It's music from all four decades that Mushroom FM plays as I continue the theme that I started four weeks ago called "Nancy's Theme" because it was suggested and mostly researched by my wife of 49 years, Nancy, whom I met 50 years ago last night. If you've been with me for the past four shows, you know what it is, songs about days of the week.
I got as far as songs about Thursday last week but listeners have suggested more songs about Sunday and Monday which you'll hear this week. Then I'll continue with Thursday before moving on to Friday, and songs about the weekend.
Sprinkled in the mix will be a song to welcome Summer and two songs to honour Father's Day which will be tomorrow, at least where I live.
You can contact me any time by e-mail at steve@mushroomfm.com with comments about the show and suggestions for future shows, particularly songs about days of the week; and anything else as well.
So join me, Steve Cutway, in The Early Years, this afternoon at 05:00 PM, for more songs about days of the week, Summer and Father's Day, after The Mosen Explosion and before Dan Sweeney's One Hit Wonders. The show replays Wednesday morning at 07:00 AM after "Deep Dive" with Graeme Innes and before Anthony Unleashed, only on Mushroom FM, the home of the fun guys, making four decades of magic mushroom memories!
