Movie 1: War Horse (2011)

War Horse is a sweeping historical drama directed by Steven Spielberg, based on the novel by Michael Morpurgo. Set against the backdrop of World War I, the story follows a horse named Joey and his remarkable journey through the battlefield and beyond.
Joey’s story begins in the English countryside, where he forms a deep bond with a young farm boy named Albert. When the war breaks out, Joey is sold to the cavalry and sent to the front lines, where he touches the lives of soldiers on all sides of the conflict.
The film is a powerful tribute to friendship, loyalty, and the enduring bond between humans and animals, portrayed through breathtaking cinematography and a moving score.
