That’s right, I’m saving daylight again this week in the Shed, from 11pm Eastern tonight, that still 4am in the UK on Sunday, and now 4PM Sunday in New Zealand.
I’ve lost an hours sleep! All in the name of saving daylight.
It’ll mean a few sleepy days, as we adjust to the change yet again.
One thing I don’t need to adjust too however, is hanging out with you all.
Four crazy hours of mayhem and timeless music.
The clock will be ticking, as we have a triple threat to play, and the live and loud segment as well.
Yes, the wind is crisping up and the trees are getting ready to shed their leaves, and we're celebrating (well sort of celebrating) Autumn this week on Come by the Hills, the Celtic Music Show. In reality, we will have a few songs throughout the show that have to do with Autumn or that have an Autumnal tone, but generally, it's just another three hours of some of the best in Celtic music from around the world.

Spring Is in the Bonair—Saturday 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. EST on Mushroomfm.com and in all your fav music aps. As the northern hemisphere falls into fall, the southern hemisphere springs forward into spring. In addition to the usual Bonnie banter, we will play songs about spring, take your requests, and have a good time. “Food for Thought” is back with a yummy salmon recipe with a green bean side dish, so pull up a chair and listen to Bonair. If you’d like to contact the show, email bonnieatmushroomfm.com or tweet @bonniemosen.

This week, the “Juke In The Back” looks at how one of R&B’s greatest voices, LaVern Baker, got her start. It’s part one of a two part feature on the early career of LaVern Baker. In part one, we’ll dig on Baker’s first recordings from 1949-1954. She began her recording career with Eddie “Sugarman” Penigar Orch in 1949, then recorded a few sides as Little Miss Sharecropper on National Records. She then started singing with Maurice King and His Wolverines and finally with Todd Rhodes on King Records.

Hi, I'm Steve Cutway. Join me today at 5 PM Eastern for the final eddition of Lost in the 50s.
But fear not, when one good thing ends, another begins.
Join me for my new show, The Early Years, Sunday at 6 PM Eastern, following the Mosen Explosion. You'll hear music from the 50s just like you did on Lost in the 50s but you'll also hear music from the 60s along with the friendly conversation you've come to know and on which I've been complimented by listeners.

In an increasingly chaotic, calamitous world, very much in need of a bit of peaceful releaf, There is one very well kept secret place and time, , that not many people know about. It's a quiet, peaceful space, where you can relax, where your thoughts are your own, and where the music doesn't beat your brains out. It's called Moon Dreams, and it airs each Sunday night at 11 PM Eastern time. The show consists of soothing, gently paced, all instrumental music. There is no host to distract you. There are no commercials to tempt you.

To paraphrase Jimmy Buffet, it's midnight somewhere, so we realise that Mushroomstock, our incredible virtual live music festival, was on at a bad time for some of our global audience.
To allow you to experience the magic or relive it, we're rerunning Mushroomstock over three days. And we've been careful to choose times that are great for those where the live airing was in the middle of the night.
Part one of Mushroomstock 2016 will air for four hours, right after Woofman's World Music at 10 PM Eastern.

The “Juke In The Back” is loaded with records by the 1950s R&B vocal group, The Crickets. They hailed from The Bronx and only recorded from late 1952
to 1954, but man did they lay down some sweet harmonies. Buddy Holly would take the name to the top of the charts, but these guys had it first. Grover
“Dean” Barlow led the group vocally, but it was record label owner Joe Davis that would ultimately control their fate. Matt The Cat tells the story of
the original Crickets and their 3 group incarnations on this week’s “Juke In The Back.”

That’s right, from 11pm Eastern tonight, the Shed opens its doors four another four hours.
And of course, 11pm Eastern is 4am Sunday in the UK and 3pm Sunday here in good old, wet New Zealand.
Mushroomstock is over, but that’s no reason to be sad.
Come join me, Anthony Horvath for four hours of madness and mayhem.
The triple threat is back, and yes that live and loud segment as well.
Perhaps you have requests, or perhaps you want to let us know what acts you enjoyed the most at Mushroomstock, or acts that sadly didn’t make an appearance?
Yes, for the past few weeks, I've either been intentionally organizing theme shows, or themes have emerged from the chaos that is my mind as a result of playlist creation. However, neither of these things happened this week, so instead of a theme, we're just going to play some cracking good music. I mean, isn't that what we're here for anyway?
